Weston Turville Golf Course was established in 1973. The 18-hole golf course is 6,008 yards and is par 69. Situated at the foot of the Chiltern Hills, the course presents a demanding test for the lower handicap but is not so daunting that the higher handicap cannot score well and enjoy the game. Water hazards are a distinctive feature of the course and there is plenty of variety in the character of the holes. Among the many interesting holes is the 15th. It is a 90-degree dogleg to the left with a green guarded by bunkers and water. Even with a good drive the approach shot demands accuracy to give any real chance of par. [More...]
