Description

Heythrop Park is one of the most historic Estates in England and in keeping with its status is now graced by a quintessential English golf course which meanders over ridges and through valleys and is studded with ancient woodland, lakes and streams. The new 7,088-yard par 72 course is the handiwork of Tom Mackenzie, of the internationally-renowned golf course architects, Mackenzie & Ebert, who are renowned for their sympathetic treatment of the landscape and nowhere is that better illustrated than at Heythrop. On entering the clubhouse facility you will be greeted by friendly staff at the reception desk, which is staffed at all times. The bar and lounge area is open from 7am until 11pm and offers a full service throughout the day. Outside the bar is a fabulous decked area which overlooks the putting green. Heythrop Park Resort has a unique combination of state of the art conference facilities within impressive historic surroundings. There are 17 luxurious bedrooms set in the main house all beautifully decorated, with panoramic views across the estate and a further 238 modern bedrooms in the wings joining the main house.
